Terms and Conditions

1. Each atendee is required to complete and sign a consent form on the day for any products and techniques used. This is to ensure that your instructor is able to safely run the session with you and your Babies safety in mind.

2. If unable to do the class on the day due to allergies of products you will be offered to reschedule, on your new appointment your own oils or none must be used. No refunds will be given.

3. Please arrive ontime. This will cut into your session and disturb others. Attendees will not be asked to leave if only missed the introduction however, if you arrive after the health and safety briefing you will then be allocated onto another session this could be any date or time. No refunds are given.

4. All medical issues, cuts, sores and abrasions must be discussed with your instructor prior to the start of the session.

5. Adult and 1 Baby only per booking.

6. Whilst we offer a complimentary refreshment service any food consumed is completely at the attendees free will Cloud Nine Baby Spa hold no responsibility for the refreshments available free of charge. Please be mindful and consider known or unknown allergies.

7. Where possible please change Babies before reaching our location as the sessions begin straight away, we want you to get the most out of your time with us.

8. Instructors have the right to refuse entry to anyone expressing abusive behaviour or intoxication.
